The app works on a tier system spending on how closely you would like to work with Alex. See the menu below to pick the option that best suits you:
1 - TENDER LOVING CARE
1 x 1:1 Live session a week online and free app (tailored for you). Perfect if you are working through any musculoskeletal difficulties including back pain, sports injuries and posture/desk position syndromes. Equally good for teacher trainee’s practising for exams.
£90 a session

2 - APPS GOT YOUR BACK
App only - with weekly feedback. Alex will work with you online in the app with videos, answering questions and giving direction on movement Mon-Friday with a 48 hour response rate.

3 - HIGH 5
App only - up to 7 sessions a week curated specifically for you and progressed every 2 weeks. You will have a questionnaire to fill out upon arrival which Alex will derive your program from and reach out to you every 2 weeks in the app messaging service to get your feedback and adjust your sessions accordingly.

4 - BREAD AND BUTTER
App only - click below to download and start straight away
Generalised program curated by Alex from experience working 1:1. This are her ‘bread and butter’ exercise sequences for 4 main categories. You get 3 sequences a week. Updated monthly on 1st of every month. This is recommended if you have no aches or pains in your body and are looking for a trusty, wholesome Pilates program to follow.
