''Alex’s instinctive understanding of the mechanics of your body, the significance and joy of movement, how to make it healthy, is matched beautifully by her understanding of how that all intertwines with our psychology. She can help you find flow in your interior world, as she helps you find physical flow; an ease of movement - and an ease of thinking and feeling.''

MOVEMENT EDUCATOR & EMBODIMENT PRACTITIONER
I’m a movement educator specialising in pain, posture and the nervous system. For over fifteen years, I’ve worked 1:1 with people whose bodies feel tense, restricted or out of sync with the way they want to live.
My work is slow, precise and deeply human. It’s built on the understanding that the body is not something to be corrected, but an intelligent system shaped by your experiences, stress, identity changes and the state of your nervous system.
Over time, I developed a way of integrating functional biomechanics, nervous-system awareness and embodied education to help people move with clarity, reduce pain and enjoy their body.
