It’s Friday and we’re headed further into lockdown so I’ve made a new playlist on YouTube for you bunker down with:


Your Autumn Exercise Project | 7 Exercises | 10 Minutes Daily 

These are individual exercises to master. (Not a flow - flows are launching in Jan & will consist of these individual exercises, so nows the time to practice in bite size)

Reps: 10 of each exercise 

Total time: 10-15 minutes


We loose energy as we loose the sun so this playlist isn’t too strenuous. It’s more of a nurturing, release and deep core strength program. Do it daily for 21 days for release, deep core strength & well-being.
