Back pain is the leading cause of disability worldwide & yet with a little guidance and movement of the body, can be enough to shift back pain without the need for doctors, drugs or surgery (subject to condition). When it comes to chronic back pain from sitting down too long and poor posture it all it takes is a bit of time and some key exercises to get the right muscles activating and to soften off the tighter muscles (which shouldn't be so tight).
The key is to get on top of back pain quick-smart, because the tighter your back gets the more unravelling you have to do, which is the time consuming part.
